Can you help me identify this badge.
I believe it is from South Africa.
It has a catalogue number on the back:
SA 3(a), but it is not in the IBC catalogue. I think Seaboard is a suburb of Capetown on the coast of Western Cape. Is this a scout group badge?

I am answering my own question. The Internet (Google) told me that Seaboard was in Capetown, but I now realise that SA is also South Australia. I have checked out South Australia in the catalogue - problem solved.
